As our Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead, you’ll make an impact by leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, leading architectural design, and hands on development on our high visibility projects in product development.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you’ll:

• Code daily in our stack of React/AngularJS, Ruby/Sinatra, and MySQL
• Lead a strong, passionate engineering project team
• Create and execute predictable development project plans with appropriate milestones and deliverables
• Rapidly build and deploy new product features to serve the needs of our growing user base
• Work closely with the product and design team to refine and prioritize features
• Work closely with the quality team to write testable code, fix bugs, and ship improvements
• Communicate project status and expectations to stakeholders
• Review commits to uphold standards of code quality and security

You have:

• 5+ years experience building web application servers using technologies like Rails, Flask, or Node
• 5+ years experience building web application front-ends with technologies like Angular, React, or Vue
• 2+ years experience leading engineering teams
• High level understanding of product and technical concepts
• A strong ability to execute both individually and as part of a team
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
