Serve as a subject matter expert of business data and Client end-user requirements.
Analyse data analysis requests obtained from management to determine operational problems and define data analysis requirements, validation of content, and problem-solving parameters.
Identify opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance and utilise knowledge of mathematical modelling and other optimization methods to perform data analysis.
Conduct exploratory meetings with JLL/T Teams and Client to generate ideas and gather requirements around how data and reporting can be used to improve the portfolio planning function, as well as operational efficiencies.
Communicate and present data to management by developing reports and visualisation.
Optimise the supply and demand forecast of the real estate client’s global portfolio
Oversee and manage the resolution of all tickets & data requests across four regions and ensure completion dates are met
Review completed data requests for quality before delivering it to the client
Design and deploy quality checks to achieve data integrity
Build and manage dashboards, visualisations and reports to effectively communicate findings
Develop and support customised statistical analytics to facilitate planning initiatives and data-driven decision making
Create and undertake maintenance and troubleshooting for the client
Support the Support Analysts team in the Pre Quality Assurance (pre-QA) process and maintain the pre-QA file, alongside other ad hoc and operational matters
Model different demand scenarios and determine best real estate plan to address alternative forecasts on a global level
Maintain data integrity of tools used
Translate business intelligence into real estate insights
Data communications and reporting on overall portfolio and global health to provide stakeholders with metrics needed to make informed decisions
Support and collaborate with client’s Portfolio Planners and other team members to build upon results to create deeper insights
Strong verbal and written communication skills: you will be working closely with stakeholders from different backgrounds and with different roles and levels of seniority
5+ year experience with data analysis and visualisation
Spreadsheet modelling experience (Excel/Google Sheets)
SQL knowledge in any dialect (MySQL, PostGreSQL, etc.)
Preference for being part of a self-starting team and willingness to get actively involved in developing solutions for the client.
Outstanding analytical skills, with preference for a statistics or strategy background
Corporate real estate experience highly desired
Experience with Google Cloud Platform desired
Prior consulting experience is a plus
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise and spread workload as needed
A degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Maths, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline
5+ years in data or statistics with a passion for real estate technology
External client contact experience will be highly regarded
