Sr. DLP Engineer
This position is responsible for supporting all the tools that makeup our enterprise data security program. In this role, you’ll work closely with data protection operations, cyber defense, and insider risk operations to ensure that our DLP policy set returns high fidelity results and protects JLL data from exfiltration attempts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work to support engineering teams by executing changes to the data security tooling environments
• Work with data protection and insider threat teams to craft high fidelity DLP policy across all data security tools
• Serve as a point of contact with the vendor and internal resources
• Develop and maintain data security tooling documentation
• Assist in creating data discovery and classification policy

Sounds like you? To apply, you need to be:

• 3+ years of experience with CASB/SASE solutions
• 3+ years of experience with DLP solutions (endpoint/Email/etc.)

• 3+ years of experience with using RegEx to craft DLP policy
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Netskope/Proofpoint/Microsoft 365
• Experience working with data discovery/classification tools

• Ability to write scripts for automating tasks (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience working with ServiceNow
• Experience working with Azure/AWS/GCP
• CISSP/CISM certifications preferred (but not required)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferred (but not required)
