What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR), to primarily focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through effective prospecting, outreach, and qualification efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential target customers in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry

  • Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, networking) to generate leads

  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and interest in our asset management software

  • Conduct effective prospecting and outreach utilizing strong communication skills

  • Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our asset management software

  • Collaborate with the Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals using the most effective sales tactics and tools

  • Continuously update and manage sales pipelines to effectively track and prioritize opportunities

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, and competitors' offerings

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of asset management software

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in a BDR or similar sales development role, preferably with SaaS or technology products

  • Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to speak with C-suites at an early stage and ask intelligent questions

  • Organized and possess strong time management skills

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and build lasting relationships

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is desirable

  • Willingness to travel as required

Estimated compensation for this position is:

50,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
