Key Responsibilities:

Product Support and Execution:

  • Assist in the definition and communication of the product vision and strategy for our web and mobile applications.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product decisions.

  • Help maintain the product roadmap and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to support the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.

  • Help prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business value.

  • Assist in writing detailed product requirements and user stories to guide development.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Support the Senior Product Manager in acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management.

  • Assist in facilitating regular communication and updates on product progress and changes.

  • Gather and synthesize feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.

Team Collaboration and Learning:

  • Learn from and support senior product managers, participating in a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to develop skills and knowledge in product management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training programs and resources for the product team.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

  • Assist in conducting regular reviews and post-launch analysis to ensure products meet business and user needs.

  • Support the preparation and presentation of product reports and updates to senior management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • A few years of experience in SaaS Product Management, with a focus on web and mobile applications.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

  • Experience or interest in the commercial real estate software industry is a plus.

  • Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.

  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Eagerness to learn and develop product management skills.

  • Basic knowledge of commercial real estate processes and workflows.

  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

80,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
