What does this job involve?

As a member of JLL/T Solutions team, the Functional Consultant will work collaboratively with cross-functional team members in the development and management of real estate and facility management solutions that we implement for key clients. Responsibilities include assisting with continuous improvement and enhancement efforts, operational support activities, troubleshooting, special projects, and ongoing business support. The successful candidate should have a strong foundational knowledge of real estate solutions and business processes, ERP financial systems and processes, have a willingness to learn, possess a drive to exceed expectations, and be a great verbal and written communicator. As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for

  • Have deep knowledge of the IWMS product (TRIRIGA)

  • Partner with the BA, solution architect and technical lead as needed to translate business requirements into a functional design for use in functional testing and measuring successful delivery

  • Verify solution requirements by partnering with development and testing teams

  • Create and maintain key documentation for project deliverables like functional design in JAMA or a FDD

  • Working closely with JLL's software development teams to apply best practices and help create solutions that support the business

  • Responsible to develop and execute test cases or work with the QA team for the development & execution of test cases

  • Ensure consistency and integrity of best practices for documentation by partnering with colleagues

  • Ensure delivered solution meets the project business requirements

  • Having an Active Top Security Clearance (a must); candidate must be commutable to client location in Washington DC area

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with business analysis or functional real estate knowledge in a professional services industry

  • Experience and understanding of multiple real estate business process areas (e.g., site acquisition/build out/refurbishments, lease administration, occupancy planning or maintenance management, etc.)

  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements through facilitating working sessions with subject matter experts

  • Experience during the implementation of an IWMS system and understanding of the deployment lifecycle.

  • Strong technical aptitude including experience with cloud-based services and products and fundamental data analysis skills

  • Experience leading large meetings with many senior stakeholders

  • Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior client leadership

  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement

  • High attention to detail and accuracy, and well organized

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels in the organization

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to course correct

  • Comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities, enjoys new challenges

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

100,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
