The Role

The Technology Delivery Manager is responsible for forging trusted and productive customer and stakeholder relationships, developing holistic business-technology and being a thought leader in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) helping client achieve their business ambitions through technology enablement and digital transformation.

The Technology Delivery Manager will focus on understanding client and account JLL leadership needs, coordinating delivery of innovative technology solutions strategies to address those needs, capturing critical voice of customer feedback for product enhancement, and generating technology direct sales opportunities.

Above all, the primary measure of success of the Account Technology Manager is enabling our client and JLL leadership to achieve their objectives, generating incredible levels of client satisfaction through expert technology advisory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders on the account team and the client team

  • Manage the regional technology teams and ensure they work with the relevant technology teams to deliver high quality services

  • Manage all new technology vendor information security risk reviews

  • Partner with Risk & Compliance for all technology; managing IT compliance for applications & other IT managed tools and assisting with information security inquiries from client (including participating in Third Party Risk Reviews and working directly with client IT to ensure smooth transition of all applications) and JLL leadership

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of JLL technology platform on the account and all corporate real estate related client technology

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of account service delivery processes and related business functions

  • Product owner for any custom technology specific to account

  • Develop and manage account-specific technology programmes and projects to deliver continuous technology improvement globally

  • Work with technology product teams and JLLT to ensure effective knowledge transfer to account IT teams when implementing new projects

  • Supporting further opportunities within the account e.g. new /extending services or geographical growth

  • Provide education, training and thought leadership on CRE technology to the account team

  • Serve as escalation point for technology and delivery challenges; works with individual JLLT teams and to resolve quickly and effectively

  • Collect voice of the customer feedback that informs product development and enhancement

  • Act as primary strategic technology POC (Point of Contact) for JLL leadership and the client

  • Operate internal JLLT processes for time keeping and billing of technology services / licences on the account

  • Support scoping and writing of statements of work for new technology services engagements and software licences

Required Experience

  • Ability to translate client and JLL leadership requests to make impactful recommendations that meet client needs, tell a story that eloquently translates data, simplifies complex information, and clearly articulates JLL’s value

  • Strong networking and influential skills with ability to work across diverse stakeholders to drive common solutions

  • Must demonstrate proven ability to effectively manage customer relationships

  • Deep business acumen of the CRE industry; expertise with the world of CRE functions, processes, stakeholders, market, etc.

  • Understands the market of CRE technologies, PropTech, IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System), Smart Buildings, IoT (Internet of Things), etc.

  • Proven track-record in managing a high-performing, matrixed teams and large programs

  • Results focused leadership style, ensures execution, drives targeted results, focuses on customers, and leads courageously

  • Experience in corporate real estate industry

  • Experience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion

  • Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem solving

  • Additionally, the candidate must have 7+ years of industry experience acquired through previous work experience
