We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented ServiceNow Demand Management Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for ServiceNow demand management projects. You will play a crucial role in preparing detailed, accurate, and well-structured documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. Your expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and technical translation will be essential in the successful implementation of ServiceNow demand management initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow demand management projects.
• Document detailed and accurate functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns.
• Work closely with solution architects and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• Participate in the development and testing phases of demand management projects, ensuring alignment with documented requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate the implemented solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to stakeholders during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Conduct regular project status updates, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to ServiceNow and demand management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in ServiceNow demand management projects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its modules
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
