We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the increasing demand for ServiceNow implementation and streamlined operations. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating the intake and evaluation of project requests, prioritization, resource allocation, risk and issue management, and fostering effective communication and collaboration among the ServiceNow team, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the intake and evaluation of project requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of ServiceNow projects.
  • Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying potential obstacles and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among the ServiceNow team, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards.
  • Lead post-implementation project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Proven expertise in project demand management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
  • Experience in risk and issue management, with a track record of successful mitigation strategies.
