UX/UI Designer

Role Purpose

The objective of this role is to provide support in the design & creation of top-level user experience to Business Intelligence (BI) JLL’s Centre of Excellence in Warsaw. The role will be primarily responsible for the creation of UI graphics and design standards, ongoing support of current and future projects that require exceptional design.

What this job involves

  • Support all visual design & development stages from concept to final implementation
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate and test interaction and design ideas
  • Collaborate with BI developers and business experts to define and implement bespoke, user experience focused solutions
  • Follow and promote design guidelines, best practices, tools, and standards

Sound like you? To apply you need to be/have:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in a related field (architecture, design, computer science, sociology)
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Proficiency in Figma or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Experience in creating mock-ups, storyboards, user flows & process flows
  • Strong portfolio (please include link or examples in job application)
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, frameworks, and technologies
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking or other related methodologies will be a strong plus
  • Relevant industry certifications will be a plus
  • Passion for BI, data & analytics will be a plus
  • Experience in supporting BI/IT solutions or data visualization – will be a strong plus
  • Experience in user-centric UI/UX related areas
  • Real Estate industry knowledge will be a strong plus
