Position Overview: Seeking a passionate Go-To-Market Product Lead to drive adoption of JLL's leasing products with the Leasing and Capital Markets Technology Group. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, collaborating with product management, sales, and marketing teams to differentiate JLL’s prop tech products and services. The Go-To-Market Product Lead drives the success of technology solutions, creates targeted messaging, monitors market trends, and provides feedback to shape our product roadmap and value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and product positioning for JLL leasing products.

  • Create product marketing content, including sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and website content.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the product management team to translate technical information into customer-centric messaging.

  • Develop and execute internal and external multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email, signage, and events.

  • Create off-the-shelf sales enablement materials and training to support brokerage teams; ability to create launch/implementation plans and scale these offerings at a national and global level.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings.

  • Build strong relationships with product managers, brokers, and customers for feedback and product improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in commercial real estate or technology.

  • Proven success in developing and executing product marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and messaging.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly.

  • Familiar with digital marketing tactics, including email, social media, and content marketing.

  • Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for results and continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate leasing process is a plus.

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

160,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
