Responsibilities

  • Analysing and assessing the impact of proposed changes, conducting risk assessments, coordinating change implementation, and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and project management, to define change management strategies and ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop and deliver change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs.
  • Develop and execute a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues associated with IT changes, and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on business operations and performance.
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise communication materials to keep employees informed about the change.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of the change on employees, processes, and overall organizational performance.
  • Collect feedback and data to evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  • Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and impact of change management initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees as they navigate through the changes
  • Make recommendations for continuous improvement based on evaluation findings.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information & computer science, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science.
  • Minimum of 4+ years in change management, specifically in leading operations and infrastructure change initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL methodologies and best practices.
  • Professional certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) is preferred.

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in infrastructure and operations change management.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, systems, and networks.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and change management methodologies.
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and communicate with immediate stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to evaluate and understand the impact of complex technical changes on business operations.
  • Familiarity with IT risk management, incident management, and problem management
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
