Role:
JLL Technologies is a tech-focused division of Jones Lang LaSalle, a world leader in real estate services and a Fortune 500 company.
We are seeking a talented professional to join us as a Technical Programme Manager to manage the enhancement and maintenance of data & technical solutions, used by JLL Client (one of the largest tech companies in Silicon Valley) to plan and optimise their strategic real estate plans.

Responsibilities:
- Leading: Organise cross-functional project teams and manage end-to-end delivery, from evaluation to design and execution.
- Planning: Facilitate Client meetings and internal discovery workshops to understand business challenges and requirements; Break down complex problems and propose on-point solutions
- Tracking: Provide accurate and timely programme health and updates to all stakeholders; Actively manage programme risks, schedule and quality.
- Process: Identify and implement process improvements, develop communication plans, and drive user feedback into product improvements
- Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation, stay current with technology trends, and prioritise activities for organisational value
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical programme management and/or
- product management
- Knowledge in project and program management fundamentals, tools and
- techniques
- Proven track record of managing the delivery of data and technical solutions with consistent timeliness and quality outcomes
- Ability to manage client expectations and align to client’s strategic goals, especially in challenging environments
- Ability to drive complex development projects with global cross-functional teams
- Working experience with some of the following technologies: SQL (must-have), Alteryx, Azure, AWS, GCP, Power BI, Tableau, Python
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to quickly analyze and process data and information to formulate actions
- Excellent attention to detail, exhibiting the highest standards of professional integrity and work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Corporate Real Estate knowledge
- Interest in topics related to Business Intelligence (BI), e.g. data visualization, data modelling, data science, research, UX, design thinking as the role requires suggesting solutions that include different aspects of BI.
- Some degree of flexibility on non-standard working hours depending on projects and timezones
