What this job involves:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Program Manager – Change Management, Capital Markets to join our team. This role sits within the JLL Capital Markets technology group, which is responsible for the platforms and products used by Capital Markets brokers, valuers, and their teams.

As the Change Management Program Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the success of our tech programs within Capital Markets Group. Primary responsibilities will be planning, coordinating, and driving technology change management efforts across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a tech change management operating model, including relevant forums, working groups, status reporting.

  • Initiate, plan and coordinate change management efforts across Product, Business, Innovation, Tech Advisory and Support teams.

  • Ensure the required engagement with, and input from, the Marketing & Comms teams on tech communications

  • Work closely with the Tech Advisory and Innovation teams to plan and organize training of business users

  • Understand product capabilities and strategic roadmaps and align change management efforts accordingly.

  • Engage and influence stakeholders across functions and regions, to promote and win support for change management programs.

  • Identify and manage risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and escalating when necessary.

  • Foster a culture of thought leadership, team building, and customer-centricity.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Demonstrable and relevant technology experience, preferably in commercial real estate and/or financial markets

  • History of delivering successful program / change management initiatives and achieving desired outcomes.

  • Track record of planning and organizing communications and training, to support change initiatives.

  • Background within complex global organizations with product culture and operating model.

  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior, to drive change and adoption.

  • Ability to analyse complex issues, identify potential risks and challenges, and develop solutions and mitigation strategies.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong planning, execution, and organizational abilities

  • Dynamic and able to work at pace, while managing ambiguity and rapid change.
