About The Role

You will be responsible for the content strategy across EliseAI, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to create innovative, creative, and compelling narratives that are outside the box and highlight the sophistication of EliseAI’s solutions. You will be the definitive, trusted source for how we talk about our company and products across all customer touchpoints. From conducting in-depth industry research to devising strategic content plans, you'll be instrumental in elevating our marketing efforts to new heights. This is an individual contributor role reporting into the Director of Demand Generation. EliseAI has a 4-day in-office policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into the housing and healthcare sectors to stay abreast of trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop comprehensive, high-quality, content strategies aligned with our brand's objectives and target audience preferences across blog posts, white papers, case studies, and more.
  • Write and distribute press release articles.
  • Implement effective distribution strategies to maximize the reach and impact of our content. From leveraging social media channels to optimizing SEO, you'll ensure that our message reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our content initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine our approach continuously.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels
  • Pitch new and innovative content ideas, own development, launch and testing to prove efficacy.
  • Map out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives determining which methods work for the brand and why
  • Look at market data and content holistically and develop the standards and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, repurposing, and reimagining into other assets.


  • 5+ years of content management experience, within tech, SaaS, and/or real estate a plus.
  • Proficient in translating complex topics into easy-to-understand compelling text that any audience would be interested in consuming.
  • Proactive in researching new trends and topics in the proptech space in order to build an ever-evolving content calendar.
  • Understand cultural trends and how to harness societal momentum in copy to benefit our company and product positioning.
  • Ability to put yourself in your various audiences' shoes and intuitively understand what they need to know and how they want to consume it.
  • Experience creating and editing content for web/blog, sales, campaigns, and social media.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams like product, demand gen, creative, and sales.
  • Experience working directly with clients/customers to gather data and feedback to convert into content.
  • Experience managing SEO a plus
  • Willing to work in person at NYC headquarters with your team.

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
