About The Role

EliseAI is looking for a Partnerships Manager to develop and own relationships with key partners during our high-growth stage. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory, enabling us to reach new markets and enhance our product offerings. By forging strong partnerships, you'll help drive our mission forward, ensuring that we continue to innovate and provide value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnership opportunities that align with EliseAI’s business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual value and alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies that drive business growth, enhance product offerings, and expand market reach.
  • Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements, ensuring successful collaboration outcomes.
  • Work cross functionally with other teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Represent EliseAI at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote partnership opportunities and strengthen relationships.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure success, optimize collaboration, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability
  • Must thrive in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done in an unstructured environment
  • Willing to work in person at NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
