About the role:

  • Support all aspects of the recruiting process including interview scheduling, coordinating candidate travel, reserving conference rooms, and managing real-time schedule changes while working closely with hiring managers and EliseAI leadership
  • Greet candidates and manage all onsite interviews in our office
  • Maintain data integrity and all recruiting updates in our ATS, Greenhouse
  • Follow up with interviewers to collect candidate feedback following interviews
  • Use recruiting tool ModernLoop to schedule both virtual and on-site interviews
  • Help coordinate campus and lateral recruiting events, career fairs, meetups, etc.
  • Work with the HR & Recruiting team as well as hiring managers to help source prospective candidates for hard-to-fill searches
  • Create offer documents for candidates and assist with the pre-onboarding process (background checks, etc.)
  • Maintain and update recruiting process documentation, job postings, and assist with metrics
  • Ensure all candidates in the recruitment process have a positive experience with EliseAI
  • Support other ad-hoc recruiting and HR projects

About you:

  • 6+ months of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
  • Willing to work in person from our Midtown Manhattan office 5 days a week
  • Previous experience with an ATS (ideally Greenhouse)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent organization skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong EQ and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working at a high growth startup or fast paced environment is preferred

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
