Despite being the biggest asset class in the world, the commercial real estate industry relies on excel & PDF “Rent Roll” documents as the primary means of exchanging data. These files are frequently inconsistent, inaccurate, and inaccessible, posing challenges for real estate professionals. Through automated data capture, standardisation, and analysis, PRODA can:
· Build repositories of clean, standardised data
· Increase process efficiency, through faster report generation
· Improve data-driven decision making, by ensuring the accuracy of input data
Furthermore, PRODA easily integrates with existing systems, to ensure consistent dataflow through the whole organisation.
Founded in 2017 by Charles and Peter, two former Real Estate Finance Investment professionals, PRODA is now 65 people strong, and is looking to expand rapidly following a successful Series A raise in Q2 2022.

The Role
The ideal candidate will take on a critical part of the business in converting unconventional data formats to clean flat table structures. This will involve managing folders of source (messy) files and operating a suite of internal tooling to clean each one. Whilst doing this, the analyst will be constantly looking for ways to improve our tooling and processes to drive closer and closer to full automation for all file formats. This individual will work closely with an existing business analysts and a VBA Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Operate internal tooling to convert poorly structured data (the worst we see) into clean table structures
- Manage an increasing volume of file batches coming in each month
- Communicate and collaborate with clients and the rest of the Real Estate Team in PRODA
- Think critically to make suggestions to improvements in process and tooling
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Outstanding problem solving skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel. This will be discussed in interview
- Hunger for learning
- An eye for optimisation
- Bachelor's degree
