Your Role:
- Be the conduit between the Re-Leased team and our customers as they are onboarded.
- Understand and translate our customers' needs and requirements and ensure seamless project management as they start their Re-Leased journey.
- Manage data migration and training, tailoring processes to customer needs.
- Advocate for customers, influencing product enhancements and user satisfaction.
- Be a customer champion, ensuring their views are represented in the company and driving continual improvement in user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback.
- Uphold exceptional communication standards and a commitment to quality.
Your Expertise:
- Background in commercial real estate.
- Agile implementation experience.
- Proven ability to conduct online training sessions.
Your Skills:
- Good time management.
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
- Accounting experience (Quickbooks Online, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics or Sage).
- Strong Excel skills.
This remote-friendly role is available across the US, although preference is given to people able to travel to our Dallas office.
