Your Role

The Customer Success and Training Consultant is a pivotal role, working as an enabler across all Customer teams (Support, Success and Implementation) and providing specialist Trust Accounting presales enablement to Sales teams. Key delivery of this role is centred around the project management and training of new customers to successfully onboard with Re-Leased, while providing overflow capacity to assist Support ticket resolution and facilitating proactive paid customer training.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project management and training of new clients to ensure they are successfully onboarded with Re-Leased.
  • Be a customer champion, ensuring their views are represented in the company and driving continual improvement in user satisfaction.
  • Support internal team capacity by providing overflow ticket support to customers.
  • Actively participate in customer assistance activities, including conducting training sessions, addressing specific customer needs, and supporting the Team Leader in ensuring comprehensive customer support alongside ticket resolution.
  • Increase conversion ratio of Trust Account opportunities to Closed Won clients.
  • Deliver sales presentations, present technical information about Re-Leased products and services, and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Manage all phases of product evaluations including presentations, deep-dives, responding to RFP’s, RFI’s and Proposals, and the technical development of Re-Leased.
  • Facilitate pre-arranged online customer training sessions to support adoption and optimization of our products
  • Tailor training to meet the specific requirements and goals of individual customers, adapting the content and approach to address their unique needs.

Your Experience

  • 3-5 years professional work experience
  • Proven property management, Proptech or client accounting experience
  • Implementation experience is an advantage but not required
  • Demonstrated accounting experience (Quickbooks, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics GP a major plus)
  • Microsoft Excel experience required
