Your Role

As Implementation Team Lead, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting a dedicated team of Implementation Consultants. Your role involves ensuring seamless project delivery while maintaining the highest quality of service. In addition to providing day-to-day management and mentorship to your team, you will also manage a portfolio of your own projects, demonstrating leadership and expertise in our solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Implementation Consultants, ensuring effective execution of tasks and alignment with company standards
• Lead by example by managing a select number of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and budgets
• Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and strategic approaches to implementation
• Provide coaching, direction, and leadership support to team members in order to achieve partner, business, and customer results
• Serve as a point of escalation for issues that arise from your team's projects and facilitate problem resolution
• Work closely with sales, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to customer onboarding and implementation
• Continuously evaluate and refine implementation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Your Experience

• Proven experience in a leadership role related to project management or implementation services
• Experience of using or implementing another property management solution
• Client accounting exposure
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on mentoring and motivating
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software tools
• Ability to lead initiatives and manage projects under tight deadlines
