• Lead and own the delivery of our programs working across product, technology, business and corporate functions.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between product and R&D teams, coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergy in operations.
• Manage program risks and issues proactively, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are in place and implemented.
• Play an integral role in product development from the R&D perspective, understanding the bigger picture across various processes.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to address potential roadblocks, adapt plans as necessary, and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Prepare and present progress reports and other relevant data to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
• Go-To-Market strategy and execution planning, coordinating cross-functionally to bring new products and features to market efficiently and effectively.

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, or similar role in technology
• Proficiency with agile development practices
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Robust understanding of program management techniques and methodologies
• Experience working in global SaaS companies with proven ability to work effectively with remote teams - Advantage
• B.A/B.sc in Technology related field - Advantage
• Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) - Advantage
