The Role: This marketing operations manager role will be joining our revenue operations team, reporting directly to our Sr. Director of RevOps. This role will be critical in helping us to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our demand generation efforts. You’ll work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to support them in all aspects of marketing reporting, tech stack management, and process improvements. This role has a huge opportunity to have a large impact on our company's growth!
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be a strategic partner to the marketing organization, driving operational efficiencies.
You’ll own our marketing tech stack, specifically Hubspot, and drive marketing process development (lead lifecycle development, lead scoring, and campaign influence reporting are a few examples).
You will be responsible for compliance and developing a proactive strategy for privacy (GDPR).
You’ll execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement with prospects and customers that results in business growth.
You will be responsible for marketing reporting, driving insights on how to improve, and recommendations to the team on how to drive outcomes more efficiently.
You will drive the cleanliness and organization of our data to ensure that it is accurate, complete, and easily reportable.
What You’ll Need:
3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations
Highly proficient and experienced working in Hubspot and Salesforce Strong analytical skills; able to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing decisions
Highly organized, process-driven, and analytical, with exceptional attention to detail
Experience working cross-functionally with strong communication skills (global organization experience is a plus)
