The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at VergeSense and the ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ of experience in B2B Product Marketing. You will become a customer expert, responsible for shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for VergeSense's Occupancy Intelligence Platform. This includes positioning & messaging, launches, GTM strategy & integrated playbooks (marketing, sales, CS), market & competitive intelligence, and supporting a multi-persona enterprise sales cycle end-to-end with your sales enablement partner. You will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, and market awareness, and ensuring the success of our GTM strategy.
What you’ll do:
Positioning and Messaging: You’ll be responsible for developing clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the value and differentiation of the Occupancy Intelligence Platform and associated service offerings to be used across demand generation, sales, customer success, and partner channels.
Product Launches: You’ll be responsible for working with our Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop launch playbooks that drive demand across our key prospect and customer segments. You’ll drive the presentation for our quarterly Occupancy Intelligence Summit to highlight major product announcements as well as execute the system for consistent product launches.
Product Roadmap & Use Cases: Through a deep understanding of our customers, you’ll develop and consistently fine-tune our product use cases and work with Product to define our product roadmap. You’ll partner closely with product and sales to ensure our capabilities are aligned with the needs and wants of our ICP and that it’s clearly communicated to our key personas.
Customer Stories: VergeSense is the market leader with over 200 enterprise customers and nearly 100M sqft under management. You’ll partner closely with our Customer Success team and bring our customer stories to life through testimonials and case studies.
Sales Enablement: You’ll work with sales leadership & your sales enablement partner to ensure that sales has everything they need to close new business and expand existing customer accounts. You’ll create core content that ensures effective discovery, proper positioning of our value and differentiation through pitch decks and customized demos, along with all of the required collateral and resources.
Competitive and Market Intelligence: You’ll continuously analyze the market as well as our competitors to identify trends, gather intelligence to inform our positioning, GTM strategies, and product roadmap.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5-7 years of experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of developing successful product positioning and messaging
Experience executing integrated launches in partnership with go-to-market teams
Excellent communication skills: you must be a strong writer and verbal communicator
Experience working directly with sales leadership & sales enablement to drive
Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
Familiarity with PropTech, workplace analytics, sensor technology, or related fields is an advantage - but not a requirement.
