The Role: This Senior Revenue Operations Manager role will be joining our revenue operations team, reporting directly to our Sr. Director of RevOps. This role will be critical in helping us to increase the efficiency and effectiveness across our entire Go-To-Market organization.. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to support them in all aspects of reporting, tech stack management, and process improvements. This is a highly visible role that has an opportunity to have a large impact on our company's growth!
What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Collaboration:
Establish yourself as a cross-functional leader to identify and implement business processes that increase productivity and remove bottlenecks.
Collaborate closely with sales, success, finance, and product teams to lead high-impact projects across the go-to-market organization.
Drive a culture of curiosity, feedback, and continuous improvement
Tech Stack Management & Data Integrity:
Manage and increase the effectiveness of various GTM tools including Salesloft, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, and Catalyst.
Formulate and oversee processes related to deal quoting, pricing, discounting, approval, and closure, with an emphasis on precision and efficiency.
Develop and maintain robust business reporting systems, providing senior leadership with clear insights to drive revenue growth.
Process Management & Efficiency:
Reinforce and refine existing processes to improve go-to-market productivity.
Manage strategic activities spanning multiple stakeholders and departments while reinforcing the vision of an end-to-end system.
Contribute as an all-around team player - your responsibilities will constantly be growing and evolving based on business needs.
What You’ll Need:
3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer success operations, or revenue operations.
Highly proficient and experienced working in GTM Tech stacks: Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Salesloft, and Zoominfo.
Strong analytical skills; able to analyze and interpret data to inform go-to-market decisions.
Highly organized, process-driven, and analytical, with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience working cross-functionally with strong communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Experience at a global organization or in the Hardware as a Service industry experience is a plus!
